This is a blend consisting of two types of black vinegar containing minerals and amino acids as well as black rice malt vinegar containing the ingredient ‘moromi’, which is produced during the process of making of awamori liquor, and plum vinegar made from Kishu Nanko-ume plums that is rich in citric acid. Vitamins B₁ and B₆ are also added to provide further health support. This product features natural sweetness and mellow sourness without the addition of artificial sweeteners, synthetic food color, flavor additives, and preservatives. It comes as a concentrate that should be diluted to taste and used to promote daily health.
