As an answer to various requests, this rich, creamy soup has finally become a part of our standard inventory. One cup of it uses 40 g of raw kale leaves, equivalent to one meal’s recommended allowance of green and yellow vegetables. It contains a concentration of palatable vegetables—kale grown in Japan with added potatoes, onions, and Chinese cabbage. Soymilk powder and cheese are added for authenticity. Mild and rich taste with low sodium. Does not contain chemical seasonings, flavorings, colorings, or preservatives.
